Team Leader — Solo Occupancy Home
Lead a small, dedicated team in a solo-occupancy setting for a young person with complex needs. A role for someone who thrives on consistency, calm and creative problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- ✦Coordinate rotas, handovers and daily practice
- ✦Model best-in-class direct work with young people
- ✦Liaise with education, health and social work partners
Requirements
- ✦Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or working towards)
- ✦Minimum 2 years' front-line residential experience
- ✦Full UK driving licence
