Deputy Manager — Trauma-Informed Provision
Support a Registered Manager in a highly regarded therapeutic setting. You'll bridge front-line practice and strategic oversight, developing the next generation of team leaders.
Responsibilities
- ✦Deputise for the Registered Manager in operational matters
- ✦Lead shifts, staff supervision and reflective practice sessions
- ✦Ensure care plans and risk assessments remain live, accurate and child-centred
- ✦Champion trauma-informed and restorative approaches
Requirements
- ✦Working towards or holding Level 5 Diploma
- ✦Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory residential role
- ✦Confident with Ofsted inspections and regulatory frameworks
