Registered Manager — Children's Home
A rare opportunity to lead a four-bed home for young people aged 11–17 with a compassionate, therapeutic ethos and an outstanding provider committed to long-term culture.
Responsibilities
- ✦Hold Ofsted registration and lead all regulatory compliance
- ✦Set the therapeutic direction and culture of the home
- ✦Support, supervise and develop a team of team leaders and residential workers
- ✦Own quality assurance, safeguarding, and stakeholder relationships
Requirements
- ✦Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- ✦Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered or Deputy Manager
- ✦Deep understanding of Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards
- ✦Enhanced DBS and clean references
