We are London-based and work with providers across England, with growing coverage in Wales and Scotland. Location is never a barrier to a considered placement.
Absolutely. Many of our best placements begin as speculative conversations. Registering your interest simply opens a considered dialogue when the right opportunity appears.
We do not run an anonymous CV database, and we do not compete on volume. Every relationship is personal, every placement is deliberate, and our success is measured in years of retention rather than weeks to fill.
Never. Our services are entirely free to candidates. Our fees are paid by the providers we partner with, and only upon a successful placement.
Safeguarding is the non-negotiable foundation of every interaction. We follow Safer Recruitment guidance in full, and we will always pause a process if any concern arises — whatever the commercial pressure.
Yes. We frequently support pre-registration providers with Registered Manager and Responsible Individual placements, and we can introduce specialist compliance consultants to support the wider journey.
We commit to a personal response within 48 hours, and typically much sooner. Every message is read by a member of our team — never triaged by an automated system.
