Approach & Compliance
A methodology of thoroughness.
Our approach is designed to meet — and exceed — the standards set by Ofsted, the Children's Homes Regulations 2015, and the expectations of the young people at the centre of every placement.
Discovery & Immersion
We begin every partnership at the setting. We meet the team, listen to the young people's story, and understand the culture we are recruiting into. No brief is ever taken over email alone.
Background & Pattern Analysis
Every candidate is examined not just on their CV but on the pattern of their career — the transitions, the tenure, the reflective language they use about the young people they've supported. Gaps are explored openly, references are triangulated, and no shortcut is taken.
Compliance & Vetting
Enhanced DBS, right-to-work, qualification verification, and a minimum of two role-specific professional references. We exceed the statutory minimum on every placement, without exception.
Ethical Placement Partnership
We only recommend candidates where we see genuine alignment. If the fit is uncertain, we say so. This posture — sometimes counter-commercial — is precisely what makes our placements last.
Integration & Aftercare
For every senior placement, we hold a structured 30, 60 and 90-day integration review. Any friction is surfaced early. The partnership continues long after the contract is signed.
